NOTIFICATION

In pursuance of Delhi High Court order dated 11.8.2010 in W.P. (C) No. 6474/2003 in the matter of Union of India Vs J.D. Naharwal \& Ors and W.P. (C) No. 77220/2003 in the matter of Parveen Kumar \& ANR Vs J.D. Naharwal \& Ors and in exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 8(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1954 read with Regulation 9(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Appointment by Promotion) Regulations, 1955 and Rule 3 of the Indian Administrative Service (Probation) Rules, 1954, the President is pleased to appoint the following members of the State Civil Service of Haryana to the Indian Administrative Service against the vacancies determined by Government of India under Regulation 5(1) of the said Regulations in consultation with the State Government on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Review Select Lists for the year 2001 and 2002, on probation until further orders and to allocate them to Haryana Cadre of IAS, under Rule 5(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 :-

    ** Shri LajvirSingh (d.o.b. 04.06.1950) has since retired from service. In pursuance of CAT Chandigarh Bench directions dated 27.4.2009 in OA No. 204-HR-2009, he has already been appointed to IAS on the basis of inclusion of his name in the Select List of 2002. By virtue of his appointment to IAS on the basis of this Select List he will be entitled to consequential benefit in terns of pay, seniority, year of allotment, retiral benefits etc# SELECT LIST 2002

By virtue of his appointment to IAS on the basis of this Select List he will be entitled to consequential benefit in terms of pay, seniority, year of allotment, retiral benefits etc
