In compliance with the directions of Hon’ble CAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi order dated 07.02.2025 in OA No. 1982/2024 filed by Ms. Nidhi Yadav, in partial modification of this Department’s notification of even number dated 31.08.2023 and in exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 8(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1954 read with Regulation 9(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Appointment by Promotion) Regulations, 1955 and Rule 3 of the Indian Administrative Service (Probation) Rules, 1954, the President is pleased to appoint following member of the State Civil Service of Uttarakhand to the Indian Administrative Service from the Review Select List of 2021 on probation until further orders and to allocate her to the Uttarakhand Cadre, under Rule 5(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954:-
