ORDER
Consequent upon appointment to IAS of Sikkim Cadre from State Civil Service officers on the basis of inclusion of names in the Select List of 2022 vide DoPT’s Notification No.14015/20/2023-AIS(I)-B dated 18.09.2023 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Sikkim vide letter No.23661/G/DOP dated 25.09.2023, the seniority/year of allotment of promotee IAS officers have been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 5 of the Select List of 2022 (SCS category) shall be placed below Shri M. Bharani Kumaar, junior most RR IAS officer of 2013 batch and above Shri Tushar Gajanan Nikhare, senior most RR IAS officer of 2015 batch of Sikkim Cadre (there is no officer of 2014 batch in Sikkim cadre as the only officer in 2014 batch namely Ms. Swadha Dev has been transferred to Odisha cadre on marriage grounds).
