ORDER
Consequent upon appointment from State Civil Service to IAS of Mizoram Segment of joint AGMUT Cadre, on the basis of inclusion of the name in the Select List of 2022 vide DoPT’s Notification No. 14015/26/2023-AIS(I)-B dated 26.03.2024 and on receipt of the proposal from Ministry of Home Affairs vide their OM No.14016/03/2023.UTS-I dated 22.04.2024, the seniority/year of allotment of the officer has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 as amended vide Notification No. 14014/4/2011-AIS-I(A) dated 18.04.2012 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time, as per following weightage formula:

3. Inter-se-seniority of the above officer with respect to officers of other segments of joint AGMUT Cadre will be decided by the Cadre Controlling Authority.
4. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officer(s).
