ORDER
Consequent upon appointment to IAS of Arunachal Pradesh Segment of Joint AGMUT Cadre for the Select List 2016 (Against vacancies arise between 01.01.2016 to 31.12.2016) from SCS category appointed on the basis of promotion vide DoPT’s Notification No.14015/02/2017-AIS (I)-B dated 1st December, 2017 and on receipt of proposal for fixation of seniority/year of allotment of Ministry of Home Affairs vide OM No.14016/07/2017-UTS-I dated 28th January, 2019 and Government of Arunachal Pradesh letter no. PERS/AIS-126/2018 dated 4th January, 2019. The same has been considered and computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. As per relevant rules weightage formula is given below:-
