ORDER

Consequent upon appointment of officers from State Civil Service of Meghalaya segment to the IAS of Joint Assam-Meghalaya Cadre on the basis of inclusion of their names for Select List 2023 vide this DoPT’s Notification No. 14015/28/2024-AIS (I)-B dated $09^{\text {th }}$ August, 2024 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Meghalaya vide their letter No. PER.6/2016/Pt/513 dated $12^{\text {th }}$ August, 2024, the seniority/year of allotment of these officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. The weightage formula is as under:

    2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 and 2 of the Select List of 2023 (SCS Category) shall be placed below Smti Aldealyne Nikhla, the junior most promotee IAS

officer of 2016 batch and above Shri Mridul Yadav (RR:AM:2017), the senior most RR IAS officer of 2017 batch of Assam-Meghalaya Cadre.
