The Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board (CCSCSB) has announced the appointment of Women Convenors for various sports disciplines including Power Lifting, Cricket, Volleyball, and Kabaddi. This initiative aims to boost female employee participation in inter-ministry tournaments. The appointments are for the block year 2019-21 and will be reviewed after one year, with the CCSCSB retaining the right to terminate appointments. A further circular will be issued for remaining sports disciplines.

Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board organises Inter-Ministry tournaments in various sports disciplines. In order to increase the participation of women employees in the tournaments organised by the Board, CCSCSB had invited applications of Women Convenors in the field of Cricket, Badminton, Carrom, Chess, Football, Hockey, Basketball, Swimming, Wrestling, Kabaddi etc. in the prescribed proformas in the following disciplines:
- Based on the personal Interaction held with applicants the following Women Convenors have been appointed by Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board for various disciplines for the block year 2019-21.

- For remaining disciplines of sports fresh circular seeking applications for Women Convenors will be circulated again.
