ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officers of Uttarakhand Cadre from State Civil Services (SCS category) to IAS on the on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List 2021 vide this Department’s Notification No.14015/23/2022-AIS-(I)-B dated 31.08.2023 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Uttarakhand vide their letter No. PVD1/IAS/SL/2/2022/XXX-1(I/155303/2023) dated 19.09.2023, the seniority/year of allotment of these officers has been computed under rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 6 in the Select List of 2021 shall be placed below Shri Sandeep Tewari, junior most RR IAS officer of 2017 batch and above Shri Prateek Jain, senior most RR IAS officer of 2018 batch of Uttarakhand cadre. 3.
