ORDER
Consequent upon appointment from State Civil Service to IAS of Jharkhand Cadre on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2022 vide DoPT Notification No. 14015/10/2023-AIS(I)-B dated 29.12.2023 and on receipt of the proposal from the State Government of Jharkhand vide their letter No.1/C-210/2014 P-164/ dated 05.01.2024, the seniority / year of allotment of these officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 as amended vide Notification No. 14014/4/2011-AIS-I(A) dated 18.04.2012 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time as per following weightage formula:

- Seniority/year of allotment of officers mentioned at SI. No. 8 and 10 in the Select List of 2022(SCS Category) has been restricted under proviso to the rule 3(3)(ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 which provide that an officer shall not be assigned year of allotment earlier than year of allotment assigned to other officer senior to him in that Select List or appointed on the basis of earlier Select List. 3.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 6 of the Select List of 2022 (SCS) shall be placed below Shri Abhay Nandan Ambashta (SL 2021, YoA 2013), the junior most SCS officer of 2013 batch and above Shri Divyanshu Jha (RR:JH:2014), the senior most RR IAS officer of 2014 batch of Jharkhand Cadre. 3.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 7 to 10 of the Select List of 2022 (SCS) shall be placed below Shri Shashi Ranjan (RR:JH:2014), the junior most RR IAS officer of 2014 batch and above Shri Ananya Mittal (RR:JH:2015), the senior most RR IAS officer of 2015 batch of Jharkhand Cadre.
