No. In compliance with the directions of Hon’ble CAT, Chandigarh Bench at Chandigarh in their order dated 02.04.2018 in OA. No. 060/00023/2018 filed by Smt. Madhvi Kataria and also in partial modification of this Department’s notification No. 14015/18/2017-AIS(I)-B dated 23.08.2017, the President is pleased to appoint the following member of the State Civil Service of Punjab cadre to the Indian Administrative Service against the vacancies determined by Government of India under Regulation 5(1) of the said Regulations in consultation with the State Government on the basis of the Review Select List of 2015, on probation until further orders and to allocate her to the Punjab cadre, under the Rule 5(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954:-
