This document officially announces the approval for Smt. Archana Ramasundaram, an IPS officer, to be appointed as Additional Director in the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). This appointment is for a period of four years, starting from when she assumes charge, or until further orders are issued, whichever comes first. The Competent authority has approved appointment of Smt. Archana Ramasundaram, IPS (TN:80) as Additional Director in CBI in the scale of pay of Rs. 67000-79000/- for a period of four years from the date of assumption of charge of the post or till further orders, whichever event takes place earlier.
- MHA is requested to take up the matter with the concerned State Government immediately for her relieving in order to enable her to join the CBI on deputation basis. Necessary orders may please be issued accordingly under intimation to this Department and CBI.
