ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of Shri V.B. Pawar to IAS of Maharashtra Cadre from State Civil Service on the basis of inclusion of his name in the Select List of 2017 vide this Department’s Notification No 14015/14/2018-AIS-(I)-B dated 8th January, 2019 and on receipt of the proposal for fixation of seniority/year of allotment from the Government of Maharashtra vide letter No. AIS-1018/C.R.693/2018/X dated 06.02.2019, the seniority/year of allotment of Shri V.B. Pawar has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. The weightage formula is as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 in Select List – 2017 shall be placed below Shri C.K. Dange, Junior most promotee IAS officer of 2010 batch (SL-2016) and above Shri K.S. Pagare, promotee IAS officer of 2010 batch (SL-2017) of Maharashtra cadre.
- This issues in continuation of this Department’s Order of even number dated 21st December, 2018.
