Subject: Appointment in the grade of Senior Principal Private Secretary (Sr. PPS) of Central Secretariat Stenographers’ Service (CSSS) for the Select List Year 2021-reg.
In continuation to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 30th June, 2022, approval of the President is hereby conveyed for inclusion of the following officer in the Select List of Selection Grade of CSSS i.e. Senior Principal Private Secretary for the year 2021, as given below:

(i) Civil Appeal No. 629 of 2022 { arising out of SLP (C) No. 30621 of 2011} in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and connected matters {Jarnail Singh batch of cases;
(ii) Any other court cases in a connected matter.
