NOTIFICATION
In pursuance of the recommendations of the Review Selection Committee Meeting held on $11^{\text {th }}$ December, 2008 in compliance of Hon’ble CAT, Principal Bench’s directions dated 17.09.2008 in O.A. No. 1883 of 2008 to consider the name of Sh. Risal Singh Khara for inclusion in the Select Lists of 1999, 2000 and 2001 for promotion to IAS and approval of the same conveyed by Union Public Service Commission vide letter dated $23^{\text {rd }}$ March, 2009 and in exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 8(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1954 read with Regulation 9(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Appointment by Promotion) Regulations, 1955 and Rule 3 of the Indian Administrative Service (Probation) Rules, 1954, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Risal Singh Khara, a member of the State Civil Service of Haryana to the Indian Administrative Service on the basis of inclusion of his name in the Select List of 1999, on probation until further orders and to allocate him to the IAS Cadre of Haryana, under Rule 5(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954.
