Consequent upon the decision of the Union Public Service Commission in pursuance of the directions dated 29.12.2011 of the Hon’ble CAT, Hyderabad Bench in OA No. 1292/2011 filed by Dr. M Hari Jawaharlal Vs Govt. of A.P. and others and on receipt of a proposal to this effect from the Government of Andhra Pradesh through their letter dated 13.2.2012 to declare the inclusion of the name of Shri M. Hari Jawaharlal (ST) (Date of Birth: 10.06.1965) as unconditional at Sr. No. 3 in the Select List of 2009A prepared for appointment to Andhra Pradesh Cadre of Indian Administrative Service by promotion by the Selection Committee in its meeting held on 10.06.2011 and approved by the Commission and in exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 8(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1954 read with Regulation 9(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Appointment by Promotion) Regulations, 1955 and Rule 3 of the Indian Administrative Service (Probation) Rules, 1954, the President is pleased to appoint Shri M Hari Jawaharlal (ST), member of the State Civil Service of Andhra Pradesh to the Indian Administrative Service against the vacancies determined by Government of India under Regulation 5(1) of the said Regulations in consultation with the State Government for the Select List of 2009A( against the vacancies of 2009) on probation until further orders and to allocate him to the Andhra Pradesh Cadre, under Rule 5(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954. The appointment will take effect from the date of the issue of this notification.
