The President of India has appointed Prof. (Dr) Pradeep Kumar Joshi as a Member of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). His tenure will begin from the date he assumes office, and his appointment will be governed by Article 316(2) of the Constitution of India. The order includes copies sent to Prof. Joshi himself, the President’s Secretariat, the Prime Minister’s Office, the Cabinet Secretariat, key officials in Chhattisgarh including the Principal Secretary to the Governor and the Chief Secretary, the PS to MOS(PP), the Secretary of the Department of Personnel and Training, and the Secretary of the UPSC.

ORDER
The President is pleased to appoint Prof (Dr) Pradeep Kumar Joshi as Member, Union Public Service Commission.
2. The tenure of Prof (Dr) Pradeep Kumar Joshi will commence from the date he enters upon the office of Member, UPSC. The term of his appointment will be regulated in accordance with the provisions of Article 316(2) of the Constitution of India.
