ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officers from the State Civil Services to IAS of Tripura cadre on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2017 vide this Department’s notification No. 14015/29/2018-AIS-(I)-B dated 15.03.2022. and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Tripura vide their letter No. 2(5)-GA(P&T)/19(Vol-II) dated 28.03.2022, the seniority/year of allotment of these officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 2 in the Select List of 2017 shall be placed below Shri Md. Jubair Ali Hasmi, junior most RR IAS officer of 2008 batch and above Dr. Rathod Sandeep Rewaji, senior most RR IAS officer of 2009 batch of Tripura Cadre. 2.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 3 in the Select List of 2017 shall be placed below Shri Raval Hamendra Kumar, junior most RR IAS officer of 2011 batch and above Shri Animesh Das, promotee IAS officer (Non-SCS category) of 2011 batch of Tripura Cadre. 2.3 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 4 in the Select List of 2017 shall be placed below Dr. Brahmneet Kaur, junior most RR IAS officer of 2012 batch and above Dr. Shailesh, senior most RR IAS officer of 2013 batch of Tripura Cadre. 3.
