ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officers from State Civil Service to IAS of Rajasthan Cadre on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2022 vide this Department’s Notification No.14015/19/2023-AIS-(I)-B dated 28.06.2023 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Rajasthan vide their letter No.F.6 (I) Pers/ A-I/2022 dated 05.07.2023, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(i) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 16 in the Select List of 2022 shall be placed below Shri Ankit Kumar Singh, junior most RR IAS officer of 2014 batch and above Shri Neelabh Saxena, senior most RR IAS officer of 2015 batch of Rajasthan Cadre. 3.
