ORDER
Consequent upon appointment from State Civil Service to the IAS of Odisha Cadre, on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List 2022, vide DoPT Notification No. 14015/17/2023-AIS (I)-B dated 06th February, 2024 and on receipt of the proposal from the State Government of Odisha vide letter No. GAD-SER1-IAS-0002-2023-6151/AIS.I dated 22nd February, 2024, the Seniority/year of allotment of these officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 as amended from time to time. As per relevant rules, weightage works out as under:

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 7 of Select List of 2022 (SCS Category) shall be placed below Shri Kulange Vijay Amruta (RR:OR:2013), the junior most RR IAS officer of 2013 batch of Odisha Cadre and above Shri Chanchal Rana (RR:OR:2014), the senior most RR IAS officer of 2014 batch of Odisha Cadre. 3.
