ORDER

Consequent upon appointment of officers of Nagaland Cadre from State Civil Service to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List 2022 (prepared against vacancies arisen between 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022) vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/16/2023-AIS-(I)-B dated 11.09.2023 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Nagaland vide their letter No. PAR-A/04/2015-AIS dated 20.09.2023, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. The weightage formula is as under:-

Collector or equivalent till 31st December of the year for which the meeting of the committee to make selection was held to prepare the Select List on the basis of which the said officers were appointed to IAS (Fractions if any, are to be ignored) i.e. on 31.12.2022. No. 1 to 3 in the Select List 2022 (SCS Category) shall be placed below Shri Sachin Jaiswal, RR, IAS officer of 2013 batch and above Ms. Sarita Yadav, RR, IAS officer of 2014 batch of Nagaland cadre.
