Ms. Manjula Das, a Judicial Member of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Guwahati Bench, has been appointed as the acting Chairperson of the Central Administrative Tribunal. This appointment is effective from August 1, 2021, and will continue until a regular Chairperson is appointed, or until Ms. Das reaches the age of 65, or until further orders, whichever comes first. This notification is issued under the powers conferred by Rule 10 of the Tribunal, Appellate Tribunal and other Authorities (Qualifications, Experience and other Conditions of Service of Members) Rules, 2020, framed under the Finance Act, 2017.

का.आ. 3087(अ).—वित्त अधिनियम, 2017 के अंतर्गत बनाए गए अधिकरण, अपीलीय अधिकरण एवं अन्य प्राधिकरण (सदस्यों की सेवा की अर्हताएं, अनुभव तथा अन्य शर्तें) नियमावली, 2020 के नियम 10 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केंद्र सरकार सुधी मंजुला दास, न्यायिक सदस्य, केंद्रीय प्रशासनिक अधिकरण, गुवाहाटी खंडपीठ को दिनांक 1 अगस्त 2021 से नियुक्त किए गए नियमित अध्यक्ष के अपना पदभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख, अथवा सुधी मंजुला दास के 65 वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त करने की तारीख, अथवा अगले आदेशों, जो भी पहले हो, तक एतद्वारा अध्यक्ष, केंद्रीय प्रशासनिक अधिकरण के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करती है।

S.O. 3087(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 10 of the Tribunal, Appellate Tribunal and other Authorities (Qualifications, Experience and other Conditions of Service of Members) Rules, 2020 framed under the Finance Act, 2017, the Central Government hereby authorises Ms. Manjula Das, Judicial Member, Central Administrative Tribunal, Guwahati Bench to act as Chairman, Central Administrative Tribunal, with effect from $1^{\text {st }}$ August, 2021 until the date on which a regular Chairman appointed, enters upon his office, or the date on which Ms. Manjula Das attains the age of sixty five years or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
