ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of State Civil Service officers of Manipur Cadre to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names for the Select List 2019 vide this DoPT’s Notification No.14015/15/2020-AIS (I)- B dated 18th August, 2020 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Manipur vide letter No. Appt-1/1/2020-DP-DP dated 4th September, 2020, the seniority/year of allotment of officers have been considered and computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 5 of the Select List of 2019 (SCS category) shall be placed below Shri Charchit Gaur, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2016 batch and above Shri Krishna Kumar, the senior most RR IAS officer of 2017 batch of Manipur cadre. 3.
