ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of State Civil Service officers of Manipur Cadre to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names for the Select List 2018 vide this DoPT’s Notification No.14015/15/2019-AIS (I)- B dated 3rd May, 2019 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Manipur vide letter No. 3/7/2018-IAS/DP dated 9th May, 2019, the seniority/year of allotment of officers have been considered and computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name has been mentioned at Si. No. 1 to 6 of the Select List of 2018 (SCS category) shall be placed below Shri Mayanglambam Rajkumar S., the junior most RR IAS officer of 2015 batch and above Ms. Khumanthem Diana Devi., the senior most RR IAS officer of 2016 batch of Manipur cadre.
