ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officers of Maharashtra Cadre from State Civil Service to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List 2018 (SCS Category) vide this Department’s Notification No 14015/14/2019-AIS-(I) dated 09.02.2021 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Maharashtra vide their letter no. AIS-1020/CR.351/2020/X dated 02.08.2021, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. The weightage formula is as under:

- 1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 of the Select List 2018 shall be placed below Shri U.A. Jadhav and above Shri Vijaykumar Pandharinath Phad, promottee IAS officers of 2011 batch (SL-2018 – SCS Category).

2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 2 of the Select List 2018 shall be placed below Shri C.D. Joshi, junior most promottee IAS officer of 2012 batch (SL-2018 SCS category) and above Shri Kaustabh C. Diwegaonkar, senior most IAS (RR) officer of 2013 batch.
