ORDER
Shri Korak Baran Choudhury has been appointed by promotion from SCS to IAS of Tripura cadre on inclusion of his name in the Select List of 2015 in compliance of order dated 09.04.2021 of the Hon’ble CAT, Guwahati Bench in OA No.041/00171/2020 vide this Department’s order No.14015/29/2017-AIS-(I)-B dated 28.04.2022 and has been placed above Shri Tapas Roy in the Select List 2015.
- In view of the above and on receipt of a proposal from the Government of Tripura vide their letter No. 2(7)-GA(P&T)/16(Vol-II) dated 25.10.2022, the seniority/year of allotment of the promotee officers of Select List 2015 has been re-determined under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-
