ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of Smt. Jayshree Jha to IAS under SCS category on inclusion of her name at SI. No.4A, below the name of Shri Hansraj Singh (SI.No.4) and above the name of Shri Samson Soi (SI.No.5) in the Select List 2008-A in pursuance of directions dated 21.12.2017 of Hon’ble CAT, Patna Bench, Circuit Bench at Ranchi in O.A. No.203/2016 vide this Department’s notification No.22012/31/2017-AIS.I dated 01.03.2018 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Jharkhand vide their letter No. पत्रांक -1 /सी०-210 /2009 /कॉ०-1346 dated 03.03.2022, seniority/year of allotment of the officer has been determined as per pre-amended seniority rule 3 (3)(ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 read with clarifications dated 21.08.2017, 03.11.2017 and 22.01.2018. As per relevant rules weightage works out as under:

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No.4A in the Select list of 2008-A (SCS Category) shall be placed below Shri Hansraj Singh and above Shri Samson Soi, promotee IAS officers of 1998 batch of Jharkhand cadre.
3. This issues in partial modification of this Department’s order No. 14014/11/2005-AIS-1 dated 15.02.2018.
