This notification announces the appointment of several individuals to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) under the selection list for the year 2009-A. राष्ट्रपति, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (पदोन्नति द्वारा नियुक्ति) नियमावली, 1955 के विलियम 9(1) तथा भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (परिवीक्षा) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 3 के साथ पठित भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (भर्ती) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 8 (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, चयन सूची वर्ष 2009-ए के लिए राज्य सरकार के परामर्श से उपर्युक्त विलियमावली के विलियम 5(1) के अंतर्गत भारत सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित रिक्तियों पर हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य के निम्नलिखित सदस्यों को अगले आदेश तक परिवीक्षा पर, नियुक्त करते हैं तथा भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5(1) के अन्तर्गत उन्हें हिमाचल प्रदेश कैडर में आवंटित करते हैं।
