ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officers of Gujarat Cadre from State Civil Service to IAS on the on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2019 vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/06/2020-AIS-(I)-B dated 9th October, 2020 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Gujarat vide their letter no. AIS/10.2020/395429/G dated 09.10.2019, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. The weightage formula is as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 12 in the Select list of 2019 (SCS Category) shall be placed below Shri Tushar Dalpatbhai Sumera, junior most Direct Recruit IAS officer of 2012 batch and above Shri Kiran B. Jhaveri, the lone selectee IAS officer (Non-SCS Category) of 2012 batch of Gujarat cadre..
