ORDER
Consequent upon his empanelment for holding the post of Joint Secretary or equivalent under the Central Staffing Scheme, Dr. R K Mitra (CSL No.2498), CSS officer of SGSL 1998 is hereby appointed as Joint Secretary (in situ) in SAG grade with effect from 27^{th } December, 2012, i.e., from the date he reported back to the cadre on return from deputation.
- On his appointment as Joint Secretary (in situ), Dr. R K Mitra is posted to the Ministry of Home Affairs. He is directed to join the Ministry of Home Affairs immediately.

The period from 27^{th } December, 2012 till 22^{nd } January, 2013 would be treated as ‘Compulsory Wait’ in the Ministry of Home Affairs. Ministry of Home Affairs will pay salary etc. to Dr. Mitra for the aforesaid period..
