The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, through the Department of Personnel and Training, has issued a notification appointing September 10, 2015, as the date when the provisions of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985, will come into effect for the Haryana Administrative Tribunal in the State of Haryana. This appointment is made in accordance with the powers granted by sub-section (4) of Section 1 of the Act.

सा.का.नि. 630(अ).—प्रशासनिक अधिकरण
अधिनियम, 1985 (1985 का 13) की धारा 1 की उप-धारा (4) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्द्वारा 10 सितम्बर, 2015 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिस दिन प्रशासनिक अधिकरण अधिनियम के प्रावधान, जहां तक इनका संबंध हरियाणा प्रशासनिक अधिकरण, हरियाणा राज्य मे है, प्रभावी होंगे।

New Delhi, the 13th August, 2015
G.S.R. 630(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 1 of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985 (13 of 1985), the Central Government hereby appoints the 10th September, 2015 as the date on which the provisions of the Act, in so far as they relate to the Haryana Administrative Tribunal, State of Haryana shall come into force.
