The competent authority has approved appointment of Shri A.K. Sinha, IPS (BH:1979), Additional Secretary, Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) as Special Director in the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in the scale of pay of Rs.75500-80000/- from the date of assumption of the charge of the post and upto the date of his superannuation or till further orders, whichever is earlier.
- MHA is requested to take up the matter with the concerned authority immediately for his relieving in order to enable him to join the CBI on deputation basis. Necessary orders may please be issued accordingly under intimation to this Department and CBI.
