ORDER
Consequent upon his inclusion in the USSL 2013 for regular promotion as Under Secretary vide DoPT’s O.M. No.5/6/2011-CS.I (U) dated 23.01.2015, Shri A.K. Ghosh (CSL No.7835) is posted to Ministry of Minority Affairs as Under Secretary. His earlier posting order No.5/3/2015-CS.I(U) dated 20.02.2015 be treated as cancelled.
- Ministry of Urban Development should relieve the officer immediately to enable him to join Ministry of Minority Affairs.
- The promotion of the officer is subject to the condition that he is clear from vigilance angle in terms of this Department’s O.M. No.22034/4/2012-Estt.(D) dated 2.11.2012 and other relevant instructions on the subject. Copy of notification for appointment of the officer to the grade of US should be endorsed to this Department at the earliest for record.
