ORDER
In pursuance of this Department’s Order No.4/6/2018-CS.I(D)(pt.) dated 11.12.2020 regarding promotion of CSS officers from Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) to Senior Selection Grade (Director) in the CSS cadre on adhoc basis, and with the approval of Competent Authority, Shri A.D. James (CSL – 5145) on his promotion as Director w.e.f. 25.04.2021, is posted to the Ministry of Women and Child Development.
2. On completion of his deputation, Shri A.D. James reported to DoPT on 25.04.2021. The period he remained under posting in this Department i.e. from 25.04.2021 till the issue of this order is treated as ‘compulsory wait’. The pay and allowances for this period will be paid to the officer by Ministry of Women \& Child Development.
