In compliance with the directions of Hon’ble Calcutta High Court in their order dated 06.08.2021 in W.P.C.T. 124 of 2015 filed by Shri Gurupada Konar and in partial modification of this Department’s Notification No. 14015/24/2005-AIS(I)-A dated 29.12.2005 and in exercise of powers conferred by Rule 8(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1954, read with Regulation 9(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Appointment by Promotion) Regulations, 1955, the President is pleased to include following name in the Select List of 2005, on the basis of Review Selection Committee meeting held on 19.06.2025 under Regulation 5(5) and approved by Union Public Service Commission on 29.07.2025 under Regulation 7(2), towards filling up promotion quota vacancies in IAS Cadre of West Bengal under State Civil Service category for the Select List 2005:-
