सा.का.नि. 317(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, प्रशासनिक अधिकरण अधिनियम, 1985 (1985 का 13) की धारा 5 की उप-धारा (7) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद्द्वारा जम्मू और श्रीनगर को ऐसे स्थानों के रुप में विनिर्दिष्ट करती है, जहाँ केंद्रीय प्रशासनिक अधिकरण की न्यायपीठें सामान्यतः जम्मू और कश्मीर के संघ राज्यक्षेत्र एवं लद्दाख के संघ राज्यक्षेत्र के लिए बैठेंगी।

G.S.R. 317(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (7) of section 5 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985), the Central Government hereby specifies Jammu and Srinagar as the places at which the Benches of the Central Administrative Tribunal shall ordinarily sit for the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Union territory of Ladakh.

सा.का.नि. 318(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, प्रशासनिक अधिकरण अधिनियम, 1985 (1985 का 13) की धारा 18 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद्द्वारा तत्कालीन कार्मिक तथा प्रशिक्षण, प्रशासनिक सुधार तथा लोक शिकायत और पेंशन मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्या सा.का.नि. 610 (अ), तारीख 26 जुलाई, 1985 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, नामत्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में:-
(क) क्रम संख्या 7 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:-

G.S.R. 318(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 18 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Personnel and Training, Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances and Pensions vide number G.S.R. 610(E), dated the 26th July, 1985, namely :-
In the Table to the said notification, –
(a) for serial number 7 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
