सा.का.नि. 22(अ).— अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (I) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार, संबंधित राज्य सरकारों के परामर्श से, अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं (संयुक्त संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1972 में आगे और संशोधन करने हेतु एतदद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात,-
- (1) इन नियमों को अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं (संयुक्त संवर्ग) संशोधन नियमावली, 2016 कहा जा सकेगा।
(2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होंगे। - अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं (संयुक्त संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1972 के नियम 4 में, उप नियम (2) के लिए निम्नलिखित उप नियम प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामत:
“(2) संवैधानिक राज्यों की सरकारों के प्रतिनिधि, जिन्हें ऐसे राज्यों की सरकारों द्वारा विनिर्दिष्ट किया गया है, अखिल भारतीय सेवा के सदस्य होंगे।”
