This notification introduces amendments to the Supplementary Rules, specifically concerning the handling of fees received by government servants. का.आ. 4829(अ)—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 148 के खंड (5) के साथ पठित अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक
द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा भारतीय लेखा परीक्षा और लेखा विभाग में कार्यरत व्यक्तियों के संबंध में,
भारत के नियंत्रक और लेखा महापरीक्षक के परामर्श से, पूरक नियमों का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम
बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-
- (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम पूरक (संशोधन) नियम 2021 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रबृत्त होंगे।
- पूरक नियमों में, पूरक नियम 12 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम रखा जाएगा, अर्थात् :-
“पु.नि.12 – जब तक राष्ट्रपति विशेष आदेश द्वारा अन्यथा निदेश नहीं देते तब तक किसी वित्तीय बर्ष में सरकारी
सेवकों को 5000/- रुपये से अधिक संदत्त किसी फीस का एक तिहाई भाग भारत की संचित निधि में जमा कराया जाएगा।”

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th November, 2021
S.O. 4829(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 read with clause (5) of article 148 of the Constitution and after consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor General of India in relation to the persons serving in the Indian Audit and Accounts Department, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Supplementary Rules namely: –
- (1) These rules may be called the Supplementary (Amendment) Rules, 2021.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. - In the Supplementary Rules, for supplementary rule 12, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
“S.R. 12. – unless the President by special order otherwise directs, one third of any fees in excess of Rs.5000/- paid to a Government servant in a financial year shall be credited to the Consolidated Fund of India.”
