सा.का.नि. 830(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, प्रशासनिक अधिकरण अधिनियम, 1985 (1985 का 13) की धारा 14 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, 21 नवंबर, 2022 को उस तारीख के रूप में विनिर्दिष्ट करती है, जिस तारीख से उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 14 की उपधारा (3) के प्रावधान, शिक्षा मंत्रालय के अधीन स्वायत्त निकाय होने के नाते शिक्षुता और व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण के निम्नलिखित चार क्षेत्रीय बोर्ड पर लागू होगी और उक्त प्रयोजन के लिए, भारत सरकार की कार्मिक, लोक शिकायत और पेंशन मंत्रालय (कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग) की अधिसूचना संख्यांक सा.का.नि. 730(अ), तारीख 2 मई, 1986 के अधीन प्रकाशित अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :-

उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, क्रम संख्या 215 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पध्धात्, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्याएँ और प्रविष्टियों अन्तर्स्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात् :-

“216 व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण बोर्ड, पूर्वी क्षेत्र, शिक्षा मंत्रालय के अधीन स्वायत्त निकाय कोलकाता

217 शिक्षुता प्रशिक्षण बोर्ड, पश्चिमी क्षेत्र, मुंबई शिक्षा मंत्रालय के अधीन स्वायत्त निकाय
218 शिक्षुता प्रशिक्षण बोर्ड, उत्तरी क्षेत्र, कानपुर शिक्षा मंत्रालय के अधीन स्वायत्त निकाय
219 शिक्षुता प्रशिक्षण बोर्ड, दक्षिणी क्षेत्र, चेन्नई शिक्षा मंत्रालय के अधीन स्वायत्त निकाय”।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 21st November, 2022
G.S.R. 830(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985), the Central Government hereby specifies the $21^{\text {st }}$ November, 2022 as the date on and from which the provisions of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the said Act shall apply to the following four Regional Boards of Apprenticeship or Practical Training, being autonomous bodies under the Ministry of Education and for the said purpose, makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R.730(E), dated the $2^{\text {nd }}$ May, 1986, namely:-

In the Schedule to the said notification, after serial number 215 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely:-
