सा.का.नि. 205(अ).—भारतीय वन सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1966 के नियम 4 के उप-नियम (1) और (2) के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार मणिपुर राज्य सरकार से परामर्श करके भारतीय वन सेवा (संवर्ग पद- संख्या का नियतन) विनियमावली, 1966 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात् :-
- (i) इन विनियमों को भारतीय वन सेवा (संवर्ग पद-संख्या का नियतन) तृतीय संशोधन विनियमावली, 2017 कहा जाएगा।
- (ii) ये विनियम सरकारी राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रसर्कित होंगे।
- भारतीय वन सेवा (संवर्ग पद-संख्या का नियतन) विनियमावली, 1966 की अनुसूची में “मणिपुर” शीर्षक के लिए और उनके अंतर्गत आने वाली प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात् :-

G.S.R. 205(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Service Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), read with sub-rules (1) and (2) of Rule 4 of Indian Forest Service (Cadre) Rules, 1966, the Central Government in consultation with the Government of Manipur hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966, namely :-
- (i) These regulations shall be called the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Third Amendment Regulations, 2017.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. - In the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966, in the Schedule, for the heading “Manipur” and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :-

नई दिल्ली, 8 मार्च, 2017 सा.का.नि. 206(अ).—अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार मणिपुर सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय बन सेवा (वेतन) नियम, 2016 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात् :-
- (1) इन नियमों को भारतीय बन सेवा (वेतन) तृतीय संशोधन नियम, 2017 कहा जाएगा। (2) ये नियम शासकीय राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रमर्किल होंगे।
- भारतीय बन सेवा (वेतन) नियम, 2007 में :— (क) “अनुसूची II – क में राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय बन सेवा के बरिष्ठ समय वेतनमान से ऊपर के वेतन वाले पदों में”, तालिका के प्रथम कॉलम में आने वाली ‘मणिपुर’ प्रविष्टि के लिए तथा दूसरे कॉलम में आने वाली तद्नुरूपी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात् : “मणिपुर

G.S.R. 206(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951) the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Manipur hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules, 2016 namely:-
- (i) These rules shall be called the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Third Amendment Rules, 2017.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette - In the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules, 2016:-
