सा.का.नि. 446(अ).—राष्ट्रपति, केंद्रीय सचिवालय सेवा नियम, 2009 के नियम 21 के साथ पठित संविधान के
अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केंद्रीय सचिवालय सेवा (अनुभाग अधिकारी और सहायक
अनुभाग अधिकारी श्रेणी के लिए चयन सूचियों का तैयार किया जाना) विनियम, 2013 का और संशोधन करने के लिए
निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :–
- (1) इन विनियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम केंद्रीय सचिवालय सेवा (अनुभाग अधिकारी और सहायक अनुभाग अधिकारी श्रेणी के
लिए चयन सूचियों का तैयार किया जाना) संशोधन विनियम, 2023 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
- केंद्रीय सचिवालय सेवा (अनुभाग अधिकारी और सहायक अनुभाग अधिकारी श्रेणी के लिए चयन सूचियों का तैयार
किया जाना) विनियम, 2013 में,–
(i) नियम 1 के उपनियम (2) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित उपनियम रखा जाएगा, अर्थात् :–
“(2) ये 12 जुलाई, 2013 को प्रवृत्त हुए समझे जाएंगे।”;
(ii) स्पष्टीकारक ज्ञापन का लोप किया जाएगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th June, 2023
G.S.R. 446(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, read with the rule 21 of the Central Secretariat Service Rules, 2009, the President hereby makes the following regulations to further to amend the Central Secretariat Service (Preparation of Select Lists for the Section Officers’ and Assistant Section Officers’ Grades) Regulations, 2013, namely :-
- (1) These regulations may be called the Central Secretariat Service (Preparation of Select Lists for the Section Officers’ and Assistant Section Officers’ Grades) Amendment Regulations, 2023.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. - In the Central Secretariat Service (Preparation of Select Lists for the Section Officers’ and Assistant Section Officers’ Grades) Regulations, 2013, –
(i) in rule 1, for sub-rule (2), the following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely:
“(2) They are deemed to have come into force on the 12th July, 2013.”;
(ii) Explanatory Memorandum shall be omitted.
