This notification introduces an amendment to the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965. Specifically, it adds a new entry, “38 Company Law Board Service, Class I”, to the Schedule of these rules. This amendment aims to further define and regulate the classification, control, and appeal procedures for personnel within the Company Law Board Service, Class I.

New Delhi, the 19th December 1969
S.O. 5008 -In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, read with rule 33 of the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, namely:-
- These rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Amendment Rules. 1969.
- In the Schedule to the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appca:) Rules, 1957, which is deemed to be the Schedule to the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, in part I, Central Civil Services. Class I, after serial number 37 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:-
’38 Company Law Board Service, Class I’.
