This document announces amendments to the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, through the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Amendment Rules, 1977. These amendments, effective upon their publication in the Official Gazette, include the addition of “41. Indian Posts and Telegraphs Accounts and Finance Services Group A” to Part I of the Schedule of the 1965 Rules. The President has made these changes exercising powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution.

गई, जिल्ली, 20 सितम्बर, 1877
का० का० 2062-राणूपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 209 के परप्युरु द्वारा प्रबल शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सिकिन सेवा (बर्तीकरण, नियक्षण और प्रगति) नियम, 1965 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते है, अर्थात् :-
1. (1) इन नियमों का नाम केन्द्रीय सिकिन सेवा(बर्तीकरण, नियंक्षण और प्रगति) संशोधन नियम, 1977 है।
(2) वे राजगृह में प्रशासन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होते।
2. केन्द्रीय सिकिन सेवा (बर्तीकरण, नियंक्षण और प्रगति) नियम, 1905 की समुद्रणी में, भाग 1 में, प्रविष्टि 40 के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि जोड़े जाएंगे, अर्थात् :-
“41. भारतीय बारू-दार तेखा एवं वित्त सेवा, तमुत् रू”।

S.O. 3062 -In exercise of the powers conferred by the pro(ion to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965. namely :-
- (1) These rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Amendment Rules, 1977.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. - In the Schedule to the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, in Part I, after entry 40, the following entry shall be added, namely :-
“41. Indian Posts and Telegraphs Accounts and Finance Services, Group A”.
