का. था. 3061-रत्पूरति, संविधान के सनुन्द्वेद 300 के परन्तुका द्वारा प्रपत्र सन्तिपों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सिकित्त सेवा (वर्त्तीयरत नियंत्रण और धनीज) नियम, 1905 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते है, धर्मात्:–
1.(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाग केन्दीय सिकित्त सेवा (वर्त्तीयरत, नियंत्रण और धनीज) संशोधन नियम, 1988 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रगुल होंगे।
2. केन्दीय सिकित्त सेवा (वर्त्तीयरत, नियंत्रण और धनीज) नियम, 1965 की धनुगुनी के भाग 3 में, कम संस्थांक 1 और 1क के सामने श्लस्थ 4.5 और 6 में, मद (ब) के सामने की प्रतिन्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिन्टियां रखी जाएंगी, धर्मात्:-

S.O. 3061:-In exercise of the powers conferred by the previous article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, namely :-
- (1) These rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Amnćment Rules, 1988.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. - In the Sch. rule to the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, in Part III against s. trial number 1 and 1-A, in columns 4, 5 and 6 , for the entries against item (d), the following entries shall be substituted, namely :-
