This document details amendments to the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965. सा.का.नि. 589-राष्ट्रपति, मंत्रधान के अनुच्छेद 148 के खण्ड 5 के माप पठित अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुरू द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और उन व्यक्तियों के संबंध में जो भारतीय लेखा परीक्षा और लेखा विभाग में सेवारत है, भारत के नियंत्रक मद्रा लेखा परीक्षक ने परामर्श करने के पश्चात् केन्द्रीय निधित सेवा (वर्गीकरण, नियंत्रण तथा प्रगति) नियमावली, 1965 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते है, सर्वात् :-
- (1) इन नियमों का नाम केन्द्रीय निधित सेवा (वर्गीकरण, नियंत्रण तथा प्रगति) तीसरा संशोधन नियम, 1992 है ।
(2) ये राजनत में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होने । - केन्द्रीय निधित सेवा (वर्गीकरण, नियंत्रण तथा प्रगति) नियमावली, 1965 के कम संख्या 32 (1-फ) भाग II में लगभग 3 की प्रतिष्ठि के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रतिष्ठि प्राधिकारी की जाएँगी :
“सीधे नरकःर के भवीन “विभागाध्यक्ष” के नियंत्रणाधीन कार्यालय में परों के संबंध में—विभागाध्यक्ष।
सभ्य पदों के संबंध में—प्रधानम था विभाग के सचिव”।

New Delhi, the 9th December, 1992
O.S.R. 589.-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 and clause (3) of article 148 of the Constitution, and after consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor General of India in relation to persons serving in the Indian Audit and Accounts Department, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Civil Services (Classification Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, namely:-
- (1) These rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Third Amendment Rules, 1992.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. - In the Schedule to the Central Civil Services (Clarsification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, in Part II, against serial number 320-a), for the entry in column 3, the following entry shall be substituted, namely :-
“In respect of posts in an Office under the control of a ‘Head of Department’ directly under the Govern-ment-Head of Department, in respect of other posts-Secrcrecy in the Ministry or Department.”
