अ.क.नि. 125—सम्प्रपति, भारत के मंत्रिपति के अनुच्छेद 399 के परामुक द्वारा प्रदत्त संकेतकों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवा (कर्मीकल्प, नियंत्रण तथा खर्चेज) नियमावली, 1965 में और याने कीपेशियन के लिए एडवर्ड्स निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते, खर्चान्—
(1) इन नियमों का मान केन्द्रज सिविल सेवा (कर्मीकल्प), नियंत्रण तथा खर्चेज) द्वितीय संशोधन नियम 1998 है।
(2) ये सरकारें राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होंगे केन्द्रज सिविल सेवा (कर्मीकल्प, नियंत्रण तथा खर्चेज) नियम, 1965 तक अनुदान के भाग II में, क्रमशः 4, के रूप में 9, में “दूरभाषा क्रिया आदेश, महाप्रबंधक, दूरसंचार स्टोर, महाप्रबंधक परियोजना”, प्रतिष्ठित के क्रमशः पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्पर्धित किया जाएगा, खर्चान्:
“दूरभाषा क्रिया: प्रमुख: बारिश प्रभासदित ग्रेड के दूरसंचार क्रिया: दूरसंचार सेवा प्रमुख: दूरसंचार स्टोर महाप्रबंधक; महाप्रबंधक परियोजनाएं” [भविष्या -11012/3/96-स्थापना(क)]

G.S.R. 125.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965 namely:
- (1) There rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Second Amendment Rules, 1996.
- They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
- In the Schedule to the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, in Part II, against serial number 9, in column 4, for the entries “Head of Telephone District; General Manager, Telecommunication Stores; General Manager Projects”, the following shall be substituted, namely:
“Head of Telephone District;
Head of Telecommunications District;
Telecommunications Area of Senior
Administrative Grade;
General Manager Telecommunications Stores;
General Manager, Projects.”
