//सा.का.नि. 49.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के पञ्चक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवा (वर्गीकरण, नियंत्रण और अपील) नियमावली, 1965 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-
- (1) इन नियमों का नाम केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवा (वर्गीकरण, नियंत्रण और अपील) संशोधन नियमावली, 2008 है । (2) ये नियम सरकारी राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
- केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवा (वर्गीकरण, नियंत्रण और अपील) नियमावली, 1965 की अनुसूची में भाग II में क्रम संख्या 22 और 23 तथा इससे संबद्ध प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात् :-

G.S.R. 49.-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, namely :-
- (1) These rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Amendment Rules, 2008.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. - In the Schedule to the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, in Part II for serial numbers 22 and 23 and the entries relating thereto the following shall be substituted, namely :-
