सा.का.नि. 350(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, प्रशासनिक अधिकरण अधिनियम, 1985 (1985 का 13) की धारा 36 के खंड (ख) के साथ पठित धारा 13 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद्वारा केन्द्रीय प्रशासनिक अधिकरण (अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों के वेतन, भत्ते और सेवा की शर्तें) नियम, 2017 में संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, नामतः-
- संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.- (1) इन नियमों को केन्द्रीय प्रशासनिक अधिकरण (अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों के वेतन, भत्ते और सेवा की शर्तें) संशोधन नियम, 2020 कहा जाएगा।
(2) ये नियम राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे। - केन्द्रीय प्रशासनिक अधिकरण (अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों के वेतन, भत्ते और सेवा की शर्तें) नियम, 2017 की अनुसूची में, –
(i) स्तंभ (2) में, क्रम सं. 15 के सामने, “सहायक” शब्दों के लिए “सहायक अनुभाग अधिकारी” शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा;
(ii) स्तंभ (2) में, क्रम सं. 26 के सामने, “उच्च श्रेणी लिपिक” शब्दों के लिए “वरिष्ठ सहायक” शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा;
(iii) स्तंभ (2) में, क्रम सं. 29 के सामने, “अवर श्रेणी लिपिक” शब्दों के लिए “कनिष्ठ सहायक” शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 5th June, 2020
G.S.R. 350(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 13 read with clause (b) of section 36 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Central Administrative Tribunal (Salaries, allowances and conditions of service of the officers and employees) Rules, 2017, namely:-
- Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Central Administrative Tribunal (Salaries, allowances and conditions of service of the officers and employees) Amendment Rules, 2020.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. - In the Central Administrative Tribunal (Salaries, allowances and conditions of service of the officers and employees) Rules, 2017, in the Schedule, –
(i) in column (2), against serial number 15, for the words “Assistant”, the words “Assistant Section Officer” shall be substituted;
(ii) in column (2), against serial number 26, for the words “Upper Division Clerk”, the words “Senior Assistant” shall be substituted;
(iii) in column (2), against serial number 29, for the words “Lower Division Clerk”, the words “Junior Assistant” shall be substituted.
