सा.का.नि. 773(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, प्रशासनिक अधिकरण अधिनियम, 1985 (1985 का 13) की धारा 13 की उप-धारा (1) और उप-धारा (2) के साथ पठित धारा 35 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्रीय प्रशासनिक अधिकरण (समूह ‘क’ और ‘ख’ हिंदी पद) भर्ती नियम, 2016 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात् :-
- संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.— (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम केंद्रीय प्रशासनिक अधिकरण (समूह ‘क’ और ‘ख’ हिंदी पद) भर्ती (संशोधन) नियम, 2021 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
- केंद्रीय प्रशासनिक अधिकरण (समूह ‘क’ और समूह ‘ख’ हिंदी पद) भर्ती नियम, 2016 में, (जिन्हें इसके पश्चात् उत्तर नियम कहा गया है), नियम 2 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम रखा जाएगा, अर्थात् :-
- पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर, — उत्तर पदों की संख्या, उनका वर्गीकरण और उससे संलग्न वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर को इन नियमों से उपावध्द अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से (4) में विनिर्दिष्ट किया जाएगा।
- उत्तर नियमों में, अनुसूची में,—
(क) सहायक निदेशक (राजभाषा) पद से सम्बंधित क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने,—
(i) स्तंभ (4) में स्तंभ शीर्ष और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित स्तंभ शीर्ष और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएँगी, अर्थात :-

(ii) स्तंभ (11) में,- (क) प्रोभ्रति उपशीर्ष में, “वेतन बैंड-2, 9300 – 34800 रु. + ग्रेड वेतन 4600 रु.” शब्दों, अंकों और अक्षरों के स्थान पर, “वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 7 (44900 – 142400 रु.)” शब्द, अंक, कोष्ठक और अक्षर रखे जाएंगे; (ख) प्रोभ्रति उपशीर्ष में टिप्पण 2 का लोप किया जाएगा; (ग) प्रोभ्रति उपशीर्ष में, “ज्येष्ठ अनुवादक” शब्दों के स्थान पर, “वरिष्ठ अनुवाद अधिकारी” शब्द रखे जाएंगे; (घ) प्रतिनियुक्ति उपशीर्ष में, मद (क) में, उप-मद (ii) में, “वेतन बैंड-2, 9300 – 34800 रु. + ग्रेड वेतन 4600” शब्दों, अंकों और अक्षरों के स्थान पर, “वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 7 (44900 142400 रु.)” शब्द, अंक, कोष्ठक और अक्षर रखे जाएंगे; (ङ) प्रतिनियुक्ति उपशीर्ष में टिप्पण 4 का लोप किया जाएगा। (ख) ज्येष्ठ अनुवादक पद से सम्बंधित क्रम संख्या 2 के सामने,— (i) स्तंभ (1) में, “ज्येष्ठ अनुवादक” शब्दों के स्थान पर, “वरिष्ठ अनुवाद अधिकारी” शब्द रखे जाएंगे; (ii) स्तंभ (4) में प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएँगी, अर्थात :-

New Delhi, the 21st September, 2021
G.S.R. 773(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 35 read with sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 13 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Central Administrative Tribunal (Group ‘A’ and ‘B’ Hindi Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2016, namely:-
- Short title and commencement.-(1) These rules may be called the Central Administrative Tribunal (Group ‘A’ and ‘B’ Hindi Posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2021.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. - In the Central Administrative Tribunal (Group ‘A’ and ‘B’ Hindi Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2016, (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-
“2. Number of posts, classification and Level in Pay Matrix.- The number of said posts, their classification and the Level in the Pay Matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules”. - In the said rules, in the Schedule,-
(a) against serial number 1, relating to the post of Assistant Director (Official Language),-
(i) in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
