NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 31st December, 2012 G.S.R. 3(8)- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 36 read with sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 13 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Administrative Tribunal, (Group ‘A’ Posts) Recruitment Rules, 1988, namely: –

  1. (1) Short title and commencement:- These rules may be called the Central Administrative Tribunal (Group ‘A’ Posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2012. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
  2. In the Central Administrative Tribunal (Group ‘A’ Posts) Recruitment Rules, 1988, for the Schedule, the following Schedule shall be substituted, namely: –
