OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Select List of Section Officers’ Grade for the year 2013 against Examination Quota on the basis of Combined Limited Departmental Competitive Examination – 2012 & 2013 conducted by the UPSC – Allocation of candidates – regarding.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dated 26.12.2014, wherein allocation of successful candidates of SO LDCE 2012 and 2013 was made. The UPSC had withheld results of 16 candidates, who appeared in the above examination.
- Now the UPSC vide their letter dated 14.12.2015 have released the results of 7 candidates from among the withheld cases, declaring all of them qualified in LDCE 2013 under category I.
- Based on the recommendations of the Placement Committee, the competent authority has allocated these candidates to cadre units shown against each:

- The cadre units concerned are requested to appoint/relieve these officers immediately subject to vigilance clearance in terms of DoPT’s OM No.22034/4/2012-Estt.D dated 02.11.2012 and other relevant instructions on the subject.

2012-25. The cadre units concerned may issue necessary orders/notifications for inclusion of these officers in SO SL 2013 against Examination Quota. A copy of the order/notification so issued, be endorsed to this Department for records.
- The other terms and conditions would remain the same as contained in this Department’s OM dated 26.12.2014.
